This was a Game Changer for me

Mapping Out Our Highest Priorities

Hello gorgeous folks,

This is a great week to practice mapping out our highest or most challenging priorities in our businesses this week. With the Moon in its waning crescent phase, it’s a good time to reflect on what worked last month and what you’d like to focus on for June.

Mercury moves into Gemini June 3, 2024. We also have a New Moon in Gemini Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 8:37 am Eastern. This is one of those New Moons that is great for implementing a new practice or habit. Jupiter also moved into Gemini on May 25, 2024, where it will stay until June 9, 2025.

All of these astrological placements combined help us access our ability to look at multiple sides of an issue or multiple projects. This is a year where we will have a lot of information coming at us fast and furious.

We will need to strengthen our ability to discern. A great place to begin is by taking a bird’s eye view of our business and determining our three to five highest priorities or most challenging tasks this week. Use the energetics to make this a weekly habit.

Do your highest priority task first thing when you start your day as a Solopreneur. I have heard this from other folks but Craig Ballantyne breaks it down really well in one of his YouTube videos. Side note: all I know about him is this one video.

I invite you to do this most important task with your phone off or in airplane mode. What was new for me was Ballantyne’s suggestion that you can start your day at any time of the day.

So, if you’re a morning person that means doing your most difficult task first thing in the morning. Or, if you’re a night person who likes to work on your business from say 9 pm to 3 am, you start your ”morning” or what I now call “getting started” routine at 9 pm and then do your highest priority task afterward.

What I find is that by doing my most difficult task or highest priority activity right after my getting started routine, is it frees me up energetically.

Because I am no longer procrastinating on what I know is going to have the highest impact on my business, I experience less guilt and anxiety. I also now have more focus when completing other tasks.

If you take this on, let me know how it goes.

Easefully yours,

Darice
